Thank you for visiting and shopping at Weenydew e-shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy.

DOMESTIC I SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to Cyprus and Greece. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Door to door & ACS Point pick up for Cyprus & door to door  for Greece shipping options are offered. If you purchase any items on sale, the aforementioned delivery fees apply, irrespective of the total order cost.

Please note that the shipping cost for wood furniture or huge items will be calculate accordingly unless customer have a free shipping.

Free Shipping

We offer free delivery for orders above 70€ for Cyprus & above 100€ for Greece, excluding items on sale.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Once we process your order, you will receive a tracking number and the relevant link to track your order, in your email.

Damages

Weenydew is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

You have 14 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us.

Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 14 days will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on SALE items and underwear/swimwear items due to hygiene reasons.

Local Return Instructions:

Email us at sales@weenydew.com stating your order number (which is on the invoice included in your order) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.

Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products back to us.

The return process is to send it back to us at an ACS branch using telephone number +357 99601307 for pick up – charges on our behalf.

 

International Return Instructions

For International returns you as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. Weenydew will not pay the postage of any unwanted items unless they are faulty.

Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been received.

Please read the these instructions on how to return an item;

Email us at sales@weenydew.com stating your order number (which is on the invoice included in your order) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.

You will find a Returns slip in your package.

Please use this slip to note down your Order number (which is on the invoice included in your order) and your full Name and include the slip inside the package with your return. Please include all packaging you received the item with (tissue paper, waterproof packet).

Please post back to the following address

Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost we will be unable to refund you for the item.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return.

Refunds

We are only offering refunds in case you receive a damaged item. 

Please send us an email to sales@weenydew.com stating the following :

Full name, Order number, Item, Short description of the reason. If possible a photo of the damaged item would also be very helpful and will speed up the process.

Once we receive the damaged item, we will offer you a refund (less the original shipping fee charged). This will be processed within 3-5 working days and funds to show in your bank account.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please follow the Returns Policy Instructions outlined above. 

We can either exchange your product for another one of the same amount or provide you with a coupon code of the same amount and you can place an order of your choice again.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, furniture and other heavy items unless faulty.

Gift Returns

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure and send us an email at sales@weenydew.com and we will advise you how to return the gift product.

When the gift product is returned, we will send you a gift voucher of the same value to be used for other products on our website. Please note that gift returns cannot be exchanged for money but only for other products on our website.
